सा.का.िन. 1191(अ).—केन् ᮤीय सरकार कमᭅचारी भिवष् य िनिध और ᮧकᳱणᭅ उपबंध अिधिनयम, 1952 (1952 का 19) कᳱ
धारा 7 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के साथ पᳯठत धारा 6 क ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए कमᭅचारी पᱶशन स् कᳱम,1995 मᱶ और संशोधन
करने के िलए िन᳜िलिखत स् कᳱम बनाती है, अथाᭅत् :-

इस ᭭ कᳱम का संिᭃप् त नाम कमᭅचारी पᱶशन (सातवां संशोधन) ᭭ कᳱम,
2016
है ।
(2)
यह, उन बातᲂ के िसवाय िजन् हᱶ ऐसी समाि᳙ से पहले ᳰकया गया है या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, 1 जनवरी,
2017
को ᮧवृत् त होगी और
31
माचᭅ,
2017
तक ᮧवृत् त रहेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2016
G.S.R. 1191(E).–– In exercise of powers conferred by section 6A read with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the
Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby
makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, namely:––
1. (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees Pension (Seventh Amendment) Scheme, 2016.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2017 and shall cease to operate on the 31st day of March, 2017,
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such cessation.
2.
In the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, after paragraph 43-A, the following paragraph shall be inserted,
namely:––
“43B. Special provision in respect of Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2017.–– The exceptions and
modifications subject to which the provisions of this Scheme shall apply, in relation to the employees’ whose
membership have been declared under paragraph 82A of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in
accordance with the Employees’ Enrolment Campaign, 2017, shall be as follows, namely:––
In paragraph 5, in sub-paragraph (1), for the table, the following table shall be substituted, namely:––
