(2) के साथ पᳯठत अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ
शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार म᭟ य ᮧदेश सरकार के परामशᭅ से भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का
िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 मᱶ आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एतारा िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत् :-
1.
(1) इन िविनयमᲂ का नाम भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) पांचवा संशोधन िविनयमावली,
2016 कहा जा सकेगा
(2) ये िविनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे
2.
भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ “म᭟ य ᮧदेश” शीषᭅक
तथा उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, नामत:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 30th December, 2016.
G.S.R. 1193(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India
Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service
(Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh,
hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre
Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:─
1.
(1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre
Strength) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016, अनुसूची II मᱶ,—
(क) तािलका मᱶ रा᭔ य सरकारᲂ के अधीन भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा के वᳯर᭬ ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदᲂ से संबंिधत
भाग क मᱶ, ᮧथम कॉलम मᱶ आने वाली “म᭟ य ᮧदेश” ᮧिवि᳥ तथा दूसरे कॉलम मᱶ आने वाली त᭞नुᱨपी ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के िलए

New Delhi, 30th December, 2016
G.S.R. 1194(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India
Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Madhya
Pradesh hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules,
2016, namely: ─
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
