सा.का.िन.1195(अ).—सीमा शु᭨ क टैᳯरफ अिधिनयम, 1975 (1975 का 51) कᳱ धारा 11क कᳱ

उपधारा (1) के तहत शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤ सरकार, इस बात से संतु᳥ होते ᱟए ᳰक ऐसा करना जनिहत

मᱶ आव᭫यक है, एतn~᳇ारा, सीमा शु᭨क टैᳯरफ अिधिनयम, 1975 कᳱ ᮧथम अनुसूची मᱶ [जैसाᳰक िवᱫ अिधिनयम,

2016 (2016 का 28) कᳱ चौथी अनुसूची के ᳇ारा संशोिधत ᳰकया गया था] और आगे भी संशोधन करती है यथा :–

1. उᲦ ᮧथम अनुसूची मᱶ, -

(1) अ᭟याय 29 मᱶ, शीषᭅ 2937 मᱶ,-

(i.)

टैᳯरफ मद 2937 31 00 और उससे संबंिधत ᮧfof"V को िनरिसत ᳰकया जाएगा ;

(ii.)

टैᳯरफ मद 2937 9011 के समᭃ, कॉलम (2) मᱶ ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭ थान पर ᮧिवि᳥ “इिपनेᮨाइन” को

ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;

(2) अ᭟याय 38 मᱶ टैᳯरफ मद 3824 91 00 के समᭃ;

(i.)

कालम (3) मᱶ, ᮧिवि᳥ “ᳰकᮕा” को अ᭠तः᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;

कालम (4) मᱶ, ᮧिवि᳥ “10%” को अ᭠तः᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;

(3) अ᭟याय 44 मᱶ, शीषᭅ 4421 मᱶ, टैᳯरफ मद 4422 91 12, 4423 91 13, और 4424 91 14 और उससे

संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर िन᳜िलिखत को ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, यथा: -

उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭थान पर िन᳜िलिखत को ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, यथा:-

(गै. VS-), ᳰदukaक 24 िसत᭥ बर, 2008, सा.का.िन. 678 (अ), ᳰदनांक 24 िसत᭥ बर, 2008 के ᳇ारा ᳰकया गया है।

G.S.R. 1195(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11A of the Customs Tariff

Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do,

hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 [as amended by

the Fourth Schedule of the Finance Act, (28 of 2016)] namely:-

1. In the said First Schedule,-

(1) In Chapter 29, in heading 2937,-

(i) tariff items 2937 31 00 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted,

(ii) against tariff item 2937 90 11, for the entry in column (2) , the entry “Epinephrine” shall be substituted;

(2) In Chapter 38, against tariff item 3824 91 00,-

(i)

In column (3), the entry “kg” shall be inserted;

(ii) In column (4) , the entry “10%” shall be inserted;

(3) In Chapter 44 , in heading 4421,

for tariff items 4422 91 12, 4423 91 13, and 4424 91 14 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be

substituted, namely:-
