सा.का.िन. 1201(अ).—कᱶᮤीय उ᭜पाद शु᭨क अिधिनयम, 1944 (1944 का 1) कᳱ धारा 5क कᳱ उपधारा (1) के

तहत ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤ सरकार, इस बात से संतु᳥ होते ᱟए ᳰक ऐसा करना जनिहत मᱶ आव᭫यक है,

G.S.R. 1201(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise

Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do,

hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of

Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding

entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
