1958 (1958 का 44) के खंड 4 ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का उपयोग करते ᱟए के᭠ ᮤ सरकार मौजूदा िशᳲपग बोडᭅ कᳱ अविध को

1.12.2016 से दो महीने कᳱ अविध अथवा बोडᭅ के पुनगᭅठन होने तक बढ़ाती है, जो भी पहले हो। मौजूदा बोडᭅ का.आ. 3093(अ) ᳰदनांक

28.11.2014, का.आ. 353(अ) ᳰदनांक 4.2.2015 और का.आ. 2686(अ) ᳰदनांक 01.10.2015 कᳱ अिधसूचनाᲐ के ᳇ारा गᳯठत

ᳰकया गया थ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd January, 2017

S.O. 12(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of

1958) read with Rule 3 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960, the Central Government extends the term of the

present National Shipping Board for a period of two months or till the re-constitution of the Board whichever is earlier

w.e.f. 1^st December, 2016. The present Board was constituted vide notifications S.O. 3093(E) dated 28.11.2014,

S.O. 353(E) dated 04.02.2015 and S.O. 2686(E) dated 01.10.2015.
