का.आ. 15(अ).—के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार भारतीय दूर-संचार िविनयामक ᮧािधकरण अिधिनयम, 1997 (1997 का 24) कᳱ धारा

14घ के साथ पᳯठत धारा 14ख कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए ᮰ी अिनल कुमार भागᭅव को ऐसी तारीख से,

िजसको वह पद ᮕहण करता है, तीन वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए या पᱹसठ वषᭅ कᳱ आयु ᮧा᭡ त करने तक, इसमᱶ से जो भी पूवᭅतर हो, दूर-संचार

िववाद समाधान और अपील ᮧािधकरण के सद᭭ य के ᱨप मᱶ िनयु᭍ त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2016

S.O. 15(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14B, read with section 14D of

the Telecom regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby appoints shri Anil

Kumar Bhargava, as a member of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, for a period of three years

from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever is the earlier.
