उपिनयम (2) के साथ पᳯठत, िनयाᭅत (गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण एंव िनरीᭃण) अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 22) कᳱ धारा 7 कᳱ

उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, मैससᭅ िमᮢा एस. के. ᮧाइवेट िलिमटेड, होᳲ᭨डग सं. 22/107, ᭡लाट सं.

784, वॉडᭅ सं. 8, खजांचक, पहली मंिजल, इंिडया होटल के साथ, हि᭨दया, िजला - मेᳰदनीपुर पूवᭅ, पि᳟म बंगाल-721602,

को इस अिधसूचना के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से तीन वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए भारत सरकार के वािण᭔य मंᮢालय कᳱ

अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 3975, तारीख 20 ᳰदस᭥बर, 1965 और का.आ. 3978, तारीख 20 ᳰदस᭥बर, 1965 कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ

िविन᳸द᳥ खिनज और अय᭭क समूह-।, अथाᭅत् लौह अय᭭क तथा फेरोमᱹगनीज और समूह-II, अथाᭅत् ᮓोम क᭠संᮝेट सिहत ᮓोम

अय᭭क के िनयाᭅत से पूवᭅ िन᳜िलिखत शतᲄ के अधीन हि᭨दया पᱫन तथा कोलकाता पᱫन पर उᲦ खिनजᲂ और अय᭭कᲂ का

िनरीᭃण करने के िलए एक अिभकरण के ᱧप मᱶ मा᭠यता देती है, अथाᭅत् :-

(i) मैससᭅ िमᮢा एस. के. ᮧाइवेट िलिमटेड, होᳲ᭨डग सं. 22/107, ᭡लाट सं. 784, वॉडᭅ सं. 8, खजांचक, पहली मंिजल,

इंिडया होटल के साथ, हि᭨दया, िजला - मेᳰदनीपुर पूवᭅ, पि᳟म बंगाल

721602 , खिनज और अय᭭क समूह-। का

िनयाᭅत (िनरीᭃण) िनयम, 1965 के िनयम 4 के अधीन िविन᳸द᳥ िनरीᭃण का कायाᭅ᭠वयन करने के िलये िनयाᭅत

िनरीᭃण पᳯरषद् ᳇ारा नािमत अिधकाᳯरयᲂ को पयाᭅ᳙ सुिवधाएं देगी; और

(ii) मैससᭅ िमᮢा एस. के. ᮧाइवेट िलिमटेड, होᳲ᭨डग सं. 22/107, ᭡लाट सं. 784, वॉडᭅ सं. 8, खजांचक, पहली मंिजल,

इंिडया होटल के साथ, हि᭨दया, िजला - मेᳰदनीपुर पूवᭅ, पि᳟म बंगाल

721602 , इस अिधसूचना के अधीन अपने

कायᲄ के िन᭬पादन मᱶ िनदेशक (िनरीᭃण और गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण), िनयाᭅत िनरीᭃण पᳯरषद ᳇ारा समय-समय पर िलिखत

ᱨप मᱶ ᳰदए गए ऐसे िनदᱷशᲂ से आब᳍ होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016

S.O. 25(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Export

(Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Export

(Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby recognizes M/s. Mitra S.K.

Private Limited, Holding No. 22/107, Plot No. 784, Ward no. 8, Khajanchak, 1^st Floor, Beside India Hotel,

Haldia, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal - 721602, as an agency for a period of three years from the date

of publication of this notification, for the inspection of Minerals and Ores Group-I, namely, Iron Ore and

Ferromanganese Ore and Group-II, namely, Chrome Ore, including Chrome Concentrates, specified in the

Schedules annexed to the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce vide numbers

S.O. 3975, dated the 20^th December, 1965 and S.O. 3978, dated the 20^th December, 1965 respectively, prior to

export of said Minerals and Ores at Haldia Port and Kolkata Port, West Bengal subject to the following

conditions, namely: -

(i)

that M/s. Mitra S.K. Private Limited, Holding No. 22/107, Plot No. 784, Ward no. 8, Khajanchak,

1^st Floor, Beside India Hotel, Haldia, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal -721602, shall give adequate

facilities to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council in this behalf to carry out the

inspection specified under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores - Group I (Inspection) Rules, 1965;

(ii)

that M/s Mitra S.K. Private Limited, Holding No. 22/107, Plot No. 784, Ward no. 8, Khajanchak,

1^st Floor, Beside India Hotel, Haldia, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal -721602, in the performance

of their function under this notification shall be bound by such directions as the Director (Inspection and

Quality Control), Export Inspection Council may give in writing from time to time.
