NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2016
S.O. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (o) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), read with rule 3 of the National
Board for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises number S.O. 226(E), dated the 23rd January, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 46 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
“46. Additional Secretary and Development
Member Secretary – ex officio”
Commissioner (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises)
