का. आ. 37(अ).—ᳰदनांक 17.08.2006 को अिधसूिचत तथा ᳰदनांक 16.05.2016 को यथासंशोिधत मु᭎य वै᳒ुत िनरीᭃक

और वै᳒ुत िनरीᭃक कᳱ अहᭅता, शिᲦ और कायᭅ िनयमावली, 2006 के साथ पᳯठत िव᳒ुत अिधिनयम, 2003 (2003 का 36) कᳱ धारा

162 कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤ सरकार एत᳏ारा ᮰ीजनक कुमार गगᭅ, मु᭎य पᳯरयोजना ᮧबंधक

(रोᳲलग ᭭टॉक), नागपुर मैᮝो रेल कारपोरशन िलिमटेड (एनएमआरसीएल) को इस अिधसूचना कᳱ तारीख से एनएमआरसीएल मᱶ उनके

कायᭅकाल तक, उपयुᭅᲦ िनयम मᱶ उि᭨लिखत अहᭅता और शतᭅ को पूरा करने के अ᭟यधीन एनएमआरसीएल के िलए मु᭎य वै᳒ुत िनरीᭃक के

ᱨप मᱶ िनयुᲦ करती है।

उपयुᭅᲦ उि᭨लिखत अिधकारी,समय-समय पर यथासंशोिधत कᱶᮤीय िव᳒ुत ᮧािधकरण (सुरᭃा और िव᳒ुत आपूᳶत से संबंिधत

उपाय) िविनयम, 2010 मᱶ दी गई ᮧᳰᮓया के अनुसार, एनएमआरसीएल के अिधकार वाले ᭃेᮢᲂ मᱶ ᮧचालनाधीन वै᳒ुत कायᲄ, वै᳒ुत

सं᭭थापनाᲐ तथा वै᳒ुत रोᳲलग ᭭टॉक अथवा एनएमआरसीएल के िनयंᮢणाधीन/एनएमआरसीएल से संबंिधत कायᲄ तथा सभी वै᳒ुत

सं᭭थापनाᲐ के संबंध मᱶ अिधकारᲂ का ᮧयोग करᱶगे और अपना कायᭅ िन᭬पाᳰदत करᱶगे।

एनएमआरसीएल यह सुिनि᳟त करेगा ᳰक ᮰ीजनक कुमार गगᭅ एनएमआरसीएल मᱶ मु᭎य पᳯरयोजना ᮧबंधक (रोᳲलग ᭭टॉक) के

ᱨप मᱶ ᳰदये गये कायᲄ के संबंध मᱶ मु᭎य वै᳒ुत िनरीᭃक नहᱭ हᲂगे।

वै᳒ुत िनरीᭃक के ᱨप मᱶ िनयुᲦ अिधकारी वह ᮧिशᭃण लᱶगे िजसे कᱶᮤ सरकार इस उ᳎े᭫य के िलए आव᭫यक समझे तथा ऐसा

ᮧिशᭃण सरकार कᳱ संतुि᳥ के ᭭तर तक पूरा ᳰकया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2017

S.O. 37(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003

(36 of 2003) read with Qualifications, Powers and Functions for Chief Electrical Inspector and Electrical Inspectors

Rules, 2006 notified on 17.8.2006 and as amended on 16.05.2016, the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Janak

Kumar Garg, Chief Project Manager (Rolling Stock), Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (NMRCL) as Chief Electrical

Inspector for NMRCL, from the date of this Notification till his tenure in NMRCL, subject to fulfillment of the

qualification and Condition mentioned in the above Rule.

The above mentioned officer shall exercise the powers and perform his functions in respect of electrical works,

electrical installations and electrical rolling stock in operation within the areas occupied by the NMRCL or in respect of

works and all electrical installations under the control of NMRCL /belonging to NMRCL as per the procedure provided

in Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulations, 2010, as amended from

time to time.

NMRCL will ensure that Sh. Janak Kumar Garg will not be the Chief Electrical Inspector in respect of the work

assigned to him as Chief Project Manager (Rolling Stock) in NMRCL.

The person appointed as Electrical Inspector shall undergo such training as the Central Government may

consider necessary for the purpose and such training shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Government.
