िव᭭ताᳯरत आदेश/अनुदेश के अनुसार ए तथा बी ᮧकार के जूट बोरे िजनका आकार 94 सᱶमी x 57 सᱶमी./एच.डी. और ᮤ᳞मान ᮧित

बोरे 580 ᮕाम हो, अि᭠तम िसरे ᮧित डी. एम. तथा िप᭍स ᮧित डी. एम. जैसा ᳰक भा. मा. ᭣यूरो के िविनदᱷशन सं᭎या भा.मा. 16186 :

2014 (संशोधन 1) के साथ एक अितᳯरᲦ पहचान िच᭮न के अनुᱨप हो ।

ᮧ᭜येक बोरे पर पटसन आयुᲦ कायाᭅलय, कोलकाता ᳇ारा जारी पी सी एस ओ मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ मुᳰᮤत/िचि᭮नत बोरे पर मुᳰᮤत

िविनमाᭅता िमल के नाम के पास भारतीय मानक ᭣यूरो का ᮧमाणन िच᭠Ო भी हो । भारतीय मानक ᭣यूरो ᳇ारा दी गई दर के अनुसार औसत

᭠यूनतम टूटने कᳱ ᭃमता (ᮩे᳴कग LVsaªFk) उपयुᭅᲦ दरᲂ के अनुसार होगी ।

इस अिधसूचना के अधीन िनधाᭅᳯरत कᳱ गई मू᭨य मᱶ जूट िविनमाᭅता उपकर अिधिनयम, 1983 के अ᭠तगᭅत देय उ᭜पाद शु᭨क और

वैट/सीएसटी सि᭥मिलत नहᱭ हᱹ एवं खरीददार ᳇ारा फै᭍टरी उᱫर मू᭨य के अलावा इ᭠हᱶ अलग से भुगतान करना होगा ।

S.O. 39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause-3 of the Jute and Jute Textiles Control Order, 2016,

I, Subrata Gupta, Jute Commissioner, hereby FINALLY fix the maximum ex-factory price for the month of November

2016 for the 580 gm ‘Type – A’ & ‘Type – B’ Jute Bags as follows:—

2. Type A & Type B bags of the size 94 cm x 57 cm / HD., 580 gm mass per bag, ends per dm, picks per dm., as

specified in the BIS Specification IS: 16186: 2014 (Amendment No. 1) with additional identification marking as per

extant orders/instructions.

Every bag is to be printed / marked with emblem to be specified in the PCSO issued by the O/o Jute

Commissioner, Kolkata with the name of the manufacturing mill printed on it as well as BIS certification marking. The

average minimum breaking strength shall be as provided in the aforesaid specification of BIS.

4.

The price fixed under this Notification shall be exclusive of duty of Excise Duty, Cess payable under Jute

Manufacture Cess Act, 1983 and VAT / CST which shall be paid in addition to the ex-factory price by the purchaser.
