का.आ. 74(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) कᳱ धारा 3 के ख᭛ड (क)

᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए अनुसूची के ᭭ त᭥ भ (2) मᱶ उि᭨ लिखत अिधकारी को कनाᭅटक रा᭔य मᱶ नीचे दी गई अनुसूची

मᱶ यथा िविन᳸द᳥ रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ सं᭎या 234 के मौजूदा चैनेज ᳰक.मी. 172+200 से ᳰक.मी. 183+040 तक िशरा बैपास के

िनमाᭅण (चौड़ा करने / दो लेन का बनाने, आᳰद), अनुरᭃण, ᮧबंध और ᮧचालन के िलए उᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (4), (5), (6),

और (7) मᱶ ᮓमशः उि᭨लिखत िजलᲂ, तालूकᲂ, पुिलस थानᲂ और गाँवᲂ से संबंिधत उᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (3) कᳱ त᭜᭭थानी

ᮧिवि᳥ मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ भू-खंड के संबंध मᱶ, इस अिधसूचना के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से अनुसूची के ᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ

उि᭨लिखत अिधकाᳯरयᲂ को उᲦ अिधिनयम के अधीन ऎसे सᭃम ᮧािधकारी के कृ᭜यᲂ का पालन करने के िलए ᮧािधकाᳯरयᲂ के

ᱨप मᱶ ᮧािधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th January, 2017

S.O. 74(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the

Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the

said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the

stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts,

taluk/mandal, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said

Schedule for building (widening/two-laning with Paved Shoulders, etc.), maintenance, management and

operation of the Existing Ch. 172+200 to 183+040 of the National Highway No 234 i.e. Sira Baypass section

in the State of Karnataka as specified in the Schedule given below.
