NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2017

S.O. 81(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate (Land

Acquisition), DM’s office, Malda as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under

the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of

“Development of alignment of Fulahar Bridge Approach on newly declared NH-131A in the district of Malda,

West Bengal as specified in the schedule given below.”
