(1) के साथ पᳯठत रा᭬ ᮝीय व᭠ यजीव बोडᭅ िनयम, 2003 के िनयम 3 के उपिनयम (4), ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते

ᱟए, (᭭ व.) ᮰ी लव कुमार कचर के ᭭ थान पर ᮰ी भरत जे पाठक को रा᭬ ᮝीय व᭠ यजीव बोडᭅ के सद᭭ य के ᱨप मᱶ नामिन᳸द᭬ ट

करती है और भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, मᱶ सं᭎ यांक का.आ. 1093(अ), तारीख 22 िसत᭥ बर, 2003 के प᭫ चातवतᱮ

अिधसूचना सं᭎ यांक का.आ. 2304(अ) तारीख 11 िसत᭥ बर, 2014 ᳇ारा ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के पयाᭅवरण और वन

मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-

प᭫ चातवतᱮ अिधसूचना मᱶ, -

(ख) खंड (च) मᱶ, ᮓम सं᭎ या (x) और उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭ थान पर, िन᭥ निलिखत ᮓम सं᭎ या और ᮧिवि᳥ रखी जाएगी,

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016

S.O. 94(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Wild Life

(Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the National Board for Wild Life Rule,

2003, the Central Government hereby nominates Shri. Bharat J Pathak as member to the National Board for

Wild Life in place of (Late ) Shri. Lov Kumar Kachar and makes the following further amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests published in the Gazette

of India Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 1093(E), dated 22^nd September, 2003, and subsequent notification

No. S.O. 2304(E) dated the 11^th September,2014 namely:—

In the later notification—

(b) in clause (f), for serial number(x) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall

be substituted, namely:—

“(x) Shri. Bharat J Pathak”.
