2015 को ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के इ᭭ पात मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎ या का.आ. 3220(अ), तारीख 19 नव᭥ बर, 2015

का िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-

उ᭍ त अिधसूचना कᳱ सारणी मᱶ, ᮓम सं᭎ या 3 के सामने, अिधकारी का नाम, पदनाम और पता से संबंिधत ᭭ तंभ (2)

के नीचे ᮧिवि᭬ ट के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧिवि᭬ ट रखी जाएगी, अथाᭅत् :-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016

S.O. 124(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the

Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in

the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O.3220 (E), dated the 19th

November, 2015 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the

1st December, 2015 namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE, for the entry under column (2) relating to Name, designation

and address of the officer against serial number 3, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

“Shri Rajiv Agarwal,

General Manager I/c (Projects),

Bokaro Steel Plant,

Bokaro Steel City,

District Bokaro,

Jharkhand.”
