᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त अिधकारᲂ का उपयोग करते ᱟए तथा ᳰदनांक 7 माचᭅ, 1988 के भारतीय राजपᮢ के भाग III,

अनु᭒छेद - I मᱶ ᮧकािशत अिधसूचना सं᭎ या- टी-43010/सी.जी.बी.एम./97, ᳰदनांक 19 फरवरी, 1988 मᱶ आंिशक

संशोधन करते ᱟए भारतीय खान ᭣ यूरो के ᲎चिलक एवं ᭃेᮢीय कायाᭅलयᲂ के ᮧादेिशक ᭃेᮢािधकार मᱶ िन᭥ नानुसार

संशोधन ᳰकये जाते हᱹ :-

1 खान िनयंᮢक (उ᭜ तरांचल) का कायाᭅलय अजमेर से उदयपुर ᭭ थानांतᳯरत ᳰकया जा रहा है।

2 गांधीनगर गुजरात मᱶ एक नया ᭃेᮢीय कायाᭅलय शुᱨ ᳰकया जा रहा है।

3 गुवाहाटी उप-ᭃेᮢीय कायाᭅलय को ᭃेᮢीय कायाᭅलय का दजाᭅ ᳰदया जा रहा हᱹ।

उपरो᭍ त संशोधनᲂ के म᳎ेनजर भारतीय खान ᭣ यूरो के संबंिधत ᲎चिलक एवं ᭃेᮢीय कायाᭅलयᲂ के संशोिधत

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th December, 2016

No. T- 43010/CGBM/2014.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 62 of the Mineral

Conservation and Development Rules, 1988 and in partial modification to the Notification No.

T-43010/CGBM/97 dated 19^th February, 1998 published in the Gazette of India, Part III Section I dated

7^th March, 1998, the following changes are being made to the territorial jurisdiction of the Zonal/Regional

offices of Indian Bureau of Mines:

i) The Office of the Controller of Mines (North Zone) is being shifted to Udaipur from Ajmer.

ii) A new Regional office is being opened at Gandhinagar (Gujarat).

iii) The Guwahati Sub-Regional office is being upgraded to Regional Office.

In view of above changes, the revised territorial jurisdiction of the concerned IBM offices is given as
