का.आ. 127(अ).— के᭠ᮤ सरकार, कमᭅचारी रा᭔य बीमा अिधिनयम, 1948 (1948 का 34) कᳱ धारा 8 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ
श िᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए एतद᳇ारा सां.आ. संया 1166 (ड.) के तहत ᳰदनांक 29 अᮧैल, 2014 को भारत के राजपᮢ,
असाधारण, भाग-II, ख᭛ड 3, उपख᭛ड (ii) मᱶ ᮧका िशत ᮰म एवं रोजगार मंᮢालय कᳱ अ िधसूचना मᱶ िन᳜ िलिखत संशोधन
करती है-

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2017
S.O. 127(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948
(34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Ministry of Labour &
Employment Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide
S.O.No.1166(E) dated 29th April,2014--
In the said Notification, under the heading “Elected by the Corporation under Section 8(c)(ii)”, against S.No.8 to
10, the following entries shall be substituted namely:-
