के उपिनयम (2) के साथ पᳯठत, िनयाᭅत (गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण एंव िनरीᭃण) अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 22) कᳱ
धारा 7 कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए,मैससᭅएसजीएस इंिडया ᮧाइवेट िलिमटेड, ᳇ार
सं॰ 45-56-3/5/1, ᮧथम लेन, नरिस᭥हा नगर, एनएच-5, िवशाखापᱫनम– 530024, आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश,को इस
अिधसूचना के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से तीन वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए भारत सरकार केवािण᭔य मंᮢालय कᳱ
अिधसूचना सं.का.आ. 3975, तारीख 20 ᳰदस᭥बर, 1965 कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ खिनज और अय᭭क समूह-
।,अथाᭅत् लौह अय᭭क, मᱹगनीज अय᭭क, फेरोमᱹगनीज तथा बॉसाइट के िनयाᭅत से पूवᭅ िन᳜िलिखत शतᲄ के अधीन
िवशाखापᱫनम पᱫन, गंगावरम पᱫन तथा काकᳱनाडापᱫन पर उᲦ खिनजᲂ और अय᭭कᲂ का िनरीᭃण करने के
िलए एक अिभकरण के ᱧप मᱶ मा᭠यता देती है, अथाᭅत् :-
(i)
मैससᭅ एसजीएस इंिडया ᮧाइवेट िलिमटेड, ᳇ार सं॰ 45-56-3/5/1, ᮧथम लेन, नरिस᭥हा नगर, एनएच-5,
िवशाखापᱫनम – 530024, आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश, खिनज और अय᭭क समूह-I का िनयाᭅत (िनरीᭃण) िनयम,
1965 के िनयम 4 के अधीन िविन᳸द᳥ िनरीᭃण का कायाᭅ᭠वयन करने के िलये उनके ᳇ारा अपनाई गई
िविध कᳱ जाँच करने के िलए िनयाᭅत िनरीᭃण पᳯरषद् ᳇ारा नािमत अिधकाᳯरयᲂ को पयाᭅ᳙ सुिवधाएं देगी;
और,

(ii) मैससᭅ एसजीएस इंिडया ᮧाइवेट िलिमटेड, ᳇ार सं॰ 45-56-3/5/1, ᮧथम लेन, नरिस᭥हा नगर, एनएच-5,
िवशाखापᱫनम – 530024, आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश, इस अिधसूचना के अधीन अपने कायᲄ के िन᭬पादन मᱶ िनदेशक
(िनरीᭃण और गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण), िनयाᭅत िनरीᭃण पᳯरषद ᳇ारा समय-समय पर िलिखत ᱨप मᱶ ᳰदए गए
ऐसे िनदᱷशᲂ से आब होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2017
S.O.152(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Export (Quality
Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with sub-rule (2) of rules 12 of the Export (Quality Control and
Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby recognisesM/s. SGS India Private Limited, Door no. 45-56-
3/5/1, 1st Lane, Narasimha Nagar, NH 5, Visakhapatnam-530024, Andhra Pradesh, as an agency for a period of three
years with effect from the date of publication of this notification, for the inspection of Minerals and Ores Group-I,
namely, Iron Ore, Manganese Ore, Ferromanganese Ore and Bauxite Oreas specified in the Schedule to the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce vide number S.O. 3975,dated the 20thDecember, 1965, prior to
export of said Minerals and Ores atVisakhapatnam Port, Gangavaram Port and Kakinada Port, subject to the following
conditions, namely: -
(i)
M/s. SGS India Private Limited, Door no. 45-56-3/5/1, 1st Lane, Narasimha Nagar, NH 5, Visakhapatnam-
530024, Andhra Pradesh,shall give adequate facilities to the officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council
in this behalf to carry out the inspection specified under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores - Group I
(Inspection) Rules, 1965;
(ii)
M/s. SGS India Private Limited, Door no. 45-56-3/5/1, 1st Lane, Narasimha Nagar, NH 5, Visakhapatnam-
530024, Andhra Pradesh,in the performance of their function under this notification shall be bound by such
directions as the Director (Inspection and Quality Control), Export Inspection Council may give in writing from
time to time.
