(अ).—यत: के ीय मंिमंडल ने नई द ली म दनांक 04.01.017 को आयोिजत अपनी बैठक म,

द ली िवकास अिधिनयम, 1957 क" धारा 41(1) के साथ प(ठत धारा 22 (4) के )ावधान+ के अंतग-त छह स0 ताह के भीतर

एक िवशेष मामले के 4प म 1/- 6. क" नाममा क" दर पर से7 टर 24, 9ारका, नई द ली, म िचिहत 34.06 है7 टेयर भूिम

का अंतरण द ली िवकास )ािधकरण (डीडीए) से भूिम एवं िवकास काया-लय (एल एंड डीओ) शहरी िवकास मंालय को

करने के शहरी िवकास मंालय के )@ ताव का अनुमोदन कया।

अब, इसिलए द ली िवकास अिधिनयम, 1957 क" धारा 22 क" उप-धारा (4) के साथ प(ठत धारा 41 क" उप

धारा (1) 9ारा )दE त शिFय+ का )योग करते Gए, के  सरकार एतHारा डीडीए को िनदेश देती है क िवशेष मामले के 4प

म दनांक 15.02.2017 तक से7 टर 24, 9ारका, नई द ली म 6. 1/- क" नाममा क" दर पर सभी िव लंगम+ से यु7 त भूिम

तथा िवकास काया-लय को 34.06 है7 टेयर भूिम अंत(रत करे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2017

S.O. 135(E).—Whereas, the Union Cabinet, in its meeting held on 04.01.2017, approved Ministry of Urban

Development (MoUD)’s proposal for transfer of 34.06 Ha land in Sector 24, Dwarka, New Delhi, earmarked for Second

Diplomatic Enclave, from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to Land & Development Office (L&DO), MoUD under

the provisions of section 22 (4) read along with section 41(1) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 at a nominal amount

of `1/-, as a special case within six weeks of the approval.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 read along with sub-section

(4) of section 22 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957, the Central Government hereby directs DDA to transfer the land

measuring 34.06 Ha in Sector 24, Dwarka, New Delhi free from all encumbrances, to L&DO at a nominal sum of ` 1/-

as a special case by 15.02.2017.
