का.आ. 153(अ).—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, िनयाᭅत (गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण एंव िनरीᭃण) िनयम, 1964 के िनयम 12, के

उपिनयम (2) के साथ पᳯठत, िनयाᭅत (गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण एंव िनरीᭃण) अिधिनयम, 1963 (1963 का 22) कᳱ धारा 7 कᳱ

उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, मैससᭅ ᳯरलाइबल एनालाइᳯटकल लैबोरेᮝीज ᮧा॰ िल॰, मरगाँव बीच

टावर, भूिम तल, दुकान सं॰ 07, बीजी बी ᭭कूल के सामने, डे᭭टेरो, वा᭭को डी गामा, गोवा - 403802, को इस अिधसूचना के

राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से तीन वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए भारत सरकार के वािण᭔य मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं. का.आ.

3975, तारीख 20 ᳰदस᭥बर, 1965 कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ खिनज और अय᭭क समूह-I, अथाᭅत् लौह अय᭭क के िनयाᭅत से

पूवᭅ िन᳜िलिखत शतᲄ के अधीन गोवा पᱫन पर उᲦ खिनजᲂ और अय᭭कᲂ का िनरीᭃण करने के िलए एक अिभकरण के ᱧप मᱶ

मा᭠यता देती है, अथाᭅत् :-

(i)

मैससᭅ ᳯरलाइबल एनालाइᳯटकल लैबोरेᮝीज ᮧा॰ िल॰, मरगाँव बीच टावर, भूिम तल, दुकान सं॰ 07, बीजी बी ᭭कूल

के सामने, डे᭭टेरो, वा᭭को डी गामा, गोवा - 403802, खिनज और अय᭭क समूह-I का िनयाᭅत (िनरीᭃण) िनयम,

1965 के िनयम 4 के अधीन िविन᳸द᳥ िनरीᭃण का कायाᭅ᭠वयन करने के िलये उनके ᳇ारा अपनाई गई िविध कᳱ

जाँच करने के िलए िनयाᭅत िनरीᭃण पᳯरषद् ᳇ारा नािमत अिधकाᳯरयᲂ को पयाᭅ᳙ सुिवधाएं देगी; और

(ii)

मैससᭅ ᳯरलाइबल एनालाइᳯटकल लैबोरेᮝीज ᮧा॰ िल॰, मरगाँव बीच टावर, भूिम तल, दुकान सं॰ 07, बीजी बी ᭭कूल

के सामने, डे᭭टेरो, वा᭭को डी गामा, गोवा - 403802, इस अिधसूचना के अधीन अपने कायᲄ के िन᭬पादन मᱶ िनदेशक

(िनरीᭃण और गुणवᱫा िनयंᮢण), िनयाᭅत िनरीᭃण पᳯरषद ᳇ारा समय-समय पर िलिखत ᱨप मᱶ ᳰदए गए ऐसे

िनदᱷशᲂ से आब᳍ होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th January, 2017

S.O. 153(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Export

(Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with sub-rule (2) of rules 12 of the Export

(Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby recognises M/s Reliable

Analytical Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Murgao Beach Tower, Ground Floor, Shop No. 07, Opp. Busy Bee School,

Desterro, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa - 403802, as an agency for a period of three years with effect from the date of

publication of this notification, for the inspection of Minerals and Ores Group-I, namely, Iron Ore as specified

in the Schedule to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce vide number

S.O. 3975 dated the 20^th December 1965, prior to export of said Minerals and Ores at Goa Port, subject to the

following conditions, namely:—

(i)

M/s Reliable Analytical Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Murgao Beach Tower, Ground Floor, Shop No. 07,

Opp. Busy Bee School, Desterro, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa - 403802, shall give adequate facilities to the

officers nominated by the Export Inspection Council in this behalf to carry out the inspection specified

under rule 4 of the Export of Minerals and Ores - Group I (Inspection) Rules, 1965;

(ii)

M/s Reliable Analytical Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Murgao Beach Tower, Ground Floor, Shop No. 07,

Opp. Busy Bee School, Desterro, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa - 403802, in the performance of their function

under this notification shall be bound by such directions as the Director (Inspection and Quality

Control), Export Inspection Council may give in writing from time to time.
