अिधिनयम, 2016 (2016 का 44) कᳱ धारा 1 कᳱ उप-धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, एत᳏ारा, जनवरी

2017 के 18वᱶ ᳰदन को उस ᳰदन के ᱨप मᱶ िनयत करती है िजस ᳰदन उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 20 एवं 21 के उपबंध ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2017

S.O. 176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Enforcement

of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Act, 2016 (44

of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of January, 2017 as the date on which the

provisions of sections 20 and 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
