New Delhi, the 16th January, 2017

S.O. 195(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby Authorizes the

authority mentioned in the column (1) of the Table given below to perform the functions of Competent

Authority under the said Act for laying of natural gas pipeline by M/s Assam Gas Company Limited in respect

of the area mentioned in Column (2) of the said Table:-
