ᮧधान मंᮢी गरीब क᭨ याण जमा योजना, अिधसूचना सं.का.आ.4061 (अ) मᱶ संशोधन

का.आ. 204(अ).— िव᭜ त अिधिनयम, 2016 (2016 का 28) (इससे आगे इसे अिधिनयम कहा जाएगा)

कᳱ धारा 199ख के खंड (ग) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤ सरकार एत᳏ारा ᳰदनांक 16 ᳰदसंबर,

2016 कᳱ अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 4061 (अ) के तहत अिधसूिचत ᮧधानमंᮢी गरीब क᭨ याण जमा योजना के खंड 7

मᱶ िविन᳸द᭬ ट शतᲄ मᱶ संशोधन करती है।

2. उ᭍ त अिधसूचना के खंड 7 (1) के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत को ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा:

“7. ᮧािधकृत बᱹक – (1) बांड लेजर खाते के ᱨप मᱶ जमा संबंधी आवेदन, सहकारी बᱹकᲂ से इतर

ᳰकसी भी ऐसी बᱹ᳴कग कंपनी ᳇ारा ᭭ वीकार ᳰकए जाएंगे िजस पर बᱹ᳴कग िविनयमन अिधिनयम

1949 (1949 का 10) लागू होता है।”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2017

Amendment to Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme, Notification No S.O. 4061 (E)

S.O. 204(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 199B of the

Finance Act, 2016 (28 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Act), the Central Government hereby

amends the conditions specified in clause 7 of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme

notified vide Notification No. S.O.4061 (E). dated December 16, 2016.

2. In place of clause 7 (1) of the said notification the following shall be substituted:

“7. Authorised banks.—(1) Application for the deposit in the form of Bonds

Ledger Account shall be received by any banking company, other than Co-

operative Banks, to which the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949)

applies”.
