उप-धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, के᭠ᮤ सरकार भारतीय पशुिचᳰक᭜ सा पᳯरषद के साथ परामशᭅ से

एत᳏ारा, उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कᳱ ᮧथम अनुसूची मᱶ आगे िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-

उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कᳱ ᮧथम अनुसूची मᱶ, सारणी मᱶ, उप-शीषᭅक ‘िडᮕीज’ के अधीन ᮓम सं᭎ या 75 और उससे संबंिधत

ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के िलए, िन᭥ निलिखत ᮓम सं᭎ या व ᮧिवि᳥यां रखी जाएंगी, अथाᭅत् : --

S.O. 198(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Indian Veterinary

Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984), the Central Government, after consulting the Veterinary Council of India, hereby makes

the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the said Act, namely:––

In the First Schedule to the said Act, in the Table, under sub-heading “Degrees”,––

(i) for serial number 75 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be

substituted, namely:––
