ᮧावधान अिधिनयम, 1948 (1948 का 46) कᳱ धारा 3ए कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए तथा भारत के

राजपᮢ, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) मᱶ ᮧकािशत कोयला मंᮢालय, भारत सरकार कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या का.आ. 3609(अ), तारीख 10

ᳰदस᭥बर,2013 के ᮓम मᱶ के᭠ᮤीय सरकार कोयला खान भिव᭬य िनिध संगठन के ᭠यासी बोडᭅ के कायᭅकाल को आगामी छह माह कᳱ अविध

के िलए अथवा बोडᭅ का पुनगᭅठन होने तक, इनमᱶ से जो भी पहले हो, बढ़ाती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2017

S.O. 205(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3A of the Coal Mines Provident

Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948), read with paragraph 4 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund

Scheme, 1948 and in continuation to the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 3609(E),

dated 10^thDecember, 2013 published in Part II, Section3, Sub - section (ii) of the Gazette of India, the Central

Government hereby extends the term of the Board of Trustees of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization for a

further period of six months or till the Board is reconstituted, whichever is earlier.
