S.O. 223(E).—In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Section (3)(c) of Section 3 of

the Oil Industry (Development) Act, 1974 (47 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints

Shri D. Rajkumar, CMD, BPCL as a member of the Oil Industry Development Board w.e.f.

01-10-2016 to 30-09-2018 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
