राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, ख᭛ड 3, उप-ख᭛ड (ii) मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᮰म और रोजगार मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना मᱶ

एत᳎वारा िन᳜िलिखत ᮧित᭭थापन करती है।

उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ, ᮓम सं. 33 और 34 के सामने “इस ᮧयोजनाथᭅ के᭠ᮤ सरकार कᳱ मा᭠यता ᮧा᳙ िचᳰक᭜सा

᳞ावसािययᲂ के संगठनᲂ के परामशᭅ से धारा 10 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के ख᭛ड (छ) के अंतगᭅत के᭠ᮤ सरकार ᳇ारा

िनयुᲦ” शीषᭅक के अंतगᭅत िन᳜िलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यां ᮧित᭭थािपत कᳱ गई हᱹ, नामत:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th January, 2017

S.O. 221(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Employees’ State Insurance

Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following substitutions in the Ministry of

Labour & Employment Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

Section (ii) vide S.O. No. 2120(E), dated 15^th June, 2016.

In the said Notification, under the heading “Appointed by the Central Government under clause (g) of

Sub-section (1) of the Section 10 in consultation with organizations of Medical Practitioners recognized by the

Central Government for the purpose”, against S. No. 33 and 34, the following entries shall be substituted

namely:—

S. No. 33- Dr. Sarbari Dutta

S. No. 34- Dr. Anand T. Gudivada
