NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2017

G.S.R. 64(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub section (2) of

section 156 of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35of 1992), the Central

Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force,

Para Medical Cadre, (Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2010, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force, Para Medical Cadre,

(Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

In the schedule to the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force, Para Medical Cadre, (Group ‘A’,

‘B’ and ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2010:

(a) against the serial Number 3 relating to the post of Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse) in the

entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words “ written test and interview”, the

words “Physical efficiency test and written test” shall be substituted .

(b) against the serial Number 5 relating to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector

( Pharmacist) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words “ written test and

interview”, the words “Physical efficiency test and written test” shall be substituted.

( Radiographer) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words “written test

and interview”, the words “Physical efficiency test and written test” shall be substituted.

(d) against the serial Number 9 relating to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector

(Laboratory Technician) in the entries under column 8 in paragraph 6, for the words

“written test and interview”, the words “Physical efficiency test and written test” shall be

substituted.
