का.आ. 249(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, हो᭥योपैथी कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद् अिधिनयम, 1973 (1973 का 59) कᳱ धारा 13 कᳱ
उप-धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤीय हो᭥योपैथी पᳯरषद् से परामशᭅ करने के प᭫ चात्,
उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत्:—
हो᭥योपैथी कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद् अिधिनयम, 1973 कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची मᱶ, “असम” शीषᭅक के अधीन, ᮓम सं यांक 3छ के
सामने, स् तंभ 4 मᱶ कᳱ गई ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭ थान पर, िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यां रखी जाएंगी, अथाᭅत्:—

केवल “5 मई, 2007 से 2008 और जून, 2013 से ᳰदस᭥ बर, 2016
तक-
यᳰद उन छाᮢᲂ को ᮧदान कᳱ जाती है िज᭠ हᲂने िन᭥ निलिखत
महािव᳒ालयᲂ मᱶ अ᭟ ययन ᳰकया है, अथाᭅत्-
असम हो᭥ योपैिथक मेिडकल कॉलेज एवं अ᭭ पताल, नौगांव; और
एस.जे.एन. हो᭥ योपैिथक मेिडकल कॉलेज एवं अ᭭ पताल, गुवाहाटी”।

का.आ. 3496, तारीख 11 अ तूबर, 1977 ᳇ारा संशोिधत ᳰकया गया था और का.आ. 3316(अ), तारीख
24 अ तूबर, 2016 ᳇ारा अंितम संशोधन ᳰकया गया।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2017
S.O. 249(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said
Act, namely:—
In the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, under the heading
“ASSAM”, against serial number 3G, for the entries in column (4), the following entries shall be substituted,
namely:—

“From the 5th May, 2007 to 2008 and from June,
2013 to December, 2016 only —
if granted to the students who have studied in the
following colleges, namely:-
(i) Assam Homoeopathic Medical College and
Hospital, Nagaon; and
(ii) S. J. N. Homoeopathic Medical College and
Hospital, Guwahati.”.

notification number S.O. 3496, dated the 11th October, 1977 and last amended vide S.O. 3316(E),
