का.आ. 254(अ).—भारत सरकार मᱶ िव᭜ त मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं या lk-dk-fu- 647(अ), तारीख
21 िसत᭥बर, 1999 जो ᳰक भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᱟई थी के ᳇ारा के᭠ᮤीय
सरकार ने त᭜कालीन आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश रा᭔य के हैदराबाद मᱶ ऋण वसूली अिधकरण कᳱ ᭭थापना कᳱ थी;
और जबᳰक भारत सरकार मᱶ िव᭜ त मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं या lk-dk-fu- 112(अ) तारीख 26 फरवरी, 2002 जो ᳰक
भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) मᱶ 26 फरवरी, 2002 को ᮧकािशत ᱟई थी, के ᳇ारा के᭠ᮤीय
सरकार ने आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश रा᭔य के िवशाखापᲵनम मᱶ ऋण वसूली अिधकरण कᳱ ᭭थापना कᳱ थी;
और जबᳰक कᱶᮤीय सरकार ने तेलंगाना रा᭔ य के हैदराबाद मᱶ एक और ऋण वसूली अिधकरण कᳱ ᭭ थापना को आव᭫ यक माना
है;
अत: अब कᱶᮤीय सरकार, बᱹकᲂ और िव᭜ तीय सं᭭ थाᲐ को शो᭟ य ऋण वसूली अिधिनयम, 1993 (1993 का 51) कᳱ धारा 3
᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए वषᭅ 2017 के फरवरी माह के दूसरे ᳰदन से इस रा᭔ य के हैदराबाद मᱶ एक और ऋण
वसूली अिधकरण कᳱ ᭭ थापना करती है तथा उसके पᳯरणाम᭭ वᱨप िव᳒मान ऋण वसूली अिधकरण को ऋण वसूली
अिधकरण-1, हैदराबाद, तेलंगाना, ᭭ थािपत नया ऋण वसूली अिधकरण, ऋण वसूली अिधकरण-2, हैदराबाद, तेलंगाना और
िवशाखापᲵनम िव᳒मान ऋण वसूली अिधकरण को ऋण वसूली अिधकरण, िवशाखापᲵनम, आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश के नाम से जाना
जाएगा तथा भारत सरकार के िव᭜ त मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं या सा.का.िन. 647(अ), तारीख 21 िसत᭥बर, 1999,
सा.का.िन. 112(अ), तारीख 26 फरवरी, 2002 तथा हैदराबाद एवं िवशाखापᲵनम मᱶ िव᳒मान ऋण वसूली अिधकरणᲂ कᳱ
अवि᭭थित मᱶ पᳯरवतᭅन से संबंिधत सभी उᱫरवतᱮ अिधसूचनाᲐ का अिधᮓमण करते ᱟए, ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पूवᭅ ᳰकए
गए/ᳰकए जाने के िलए िवलोिपत ᳰकए गए को छोड़कर, एतारा तेलंगाना और आ᭠ᮥ ᮧदेश रा᭔य के ᮓमश: हैदराबाद एवं
िवशाखापᲵनम मᱶ ऋण वसूली अिधकरणᲂ के अिधकाᳯरता ᭃेᮢᲂ को िन᳜ानुसार िविन᳸द᭬ ट करती है, अथाᭅत:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th January, 2017
S.O. 254(E).—Whereas, by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number
G.S.R. 647(E), dated the 21st September, 1999, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3
Sub-section (i), the Central Government established the Debt Recovery Tribunal atHyderabad in the then State of Andhra
Pradesh;
And whereas, by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number G.S.R. 112 (E),
dated the 26th February, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-section (i), dated
the 26th February, 2002, the Central Government established the Debts Recovery Tribunal atVisakhapatnam in the State
of Andhra Pradesh;

And whereas, the Central Government has considered it necessary to establish one more Debts
RecoveryTribunal at Hyderabad in the State of Telangana.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and
Financial Institutions Act, 1993, (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby establishes one more Debts Recovery
Tribunal at Hyderabad in the State of Telanganawith effect from the 2nd day of February, 2017 and consequent thereupon,
the existing Debts Recovery Tribunal at Hyderabad will be known as Debts Recovery Tribunal-1, Hyderabad,Telangana,
the newly established Debts Recovery Tribunal will be known as Debts Recovery Tribunal-2, Hyderabad, Telangana and
the existing Debts Recovery Tribunalat Visakhapatnam will be known as Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam,
Andhra Pradesh and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance number
G.S.R. 647(E), dated the 21st September, 1999, G.S.R. 112(E), dated the 26th February, 2002 and all subsequent
notifications relating to change of location of the existing Debts Recovery Tribunals at Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam,
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, hereby specifies the areas of jurisdiction
of the Debts Recovery Tribunals at Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam in the States of Telangana and Andhra
Pradeshrespectively as under, namely:-
