S.O. 299(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of
Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. S.O. No1705 ( E) dated the New
Delhi 9 March 2016published in the Gazette of India on the 11 March, 2016 namely:-
In the Said Notification, for the numbers and words,
