सा.का.िन. 301(अ).—उ᭜ तरी ᳰद᭨ ली नगर िनगम ᳇ारा चयन के पᳯरणाम᭭ वᱨप, एत᳏ारा यह अिधसूिचत ᳰकया

जाता है ᳰक ᮰ीमती मीरा अᮕवाल, िनगम पाषᭅद, ᳰद᭨ ली िवकास अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 61) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उप-धारा

(3) के खंड (ड.) के तहत त᭜ काल ᮧभाव से ᳰद᭨ ली िवकास ᮧािधकरण कᳱ सद᭭ य हᲂगी। वह 31 माचᭅ, 2017 तक कᳱ अविध के

िलए अथवा उनके पूवᱮ ᳰद᭨ ली नगर िनगम का पाषᭅद बने रहने तक, जो भी पहले हो, ᳰद᭨ ली िवकास ᮧािधकरण कᳱ सद᭭ य

रहᱶगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th January, 2017

G.S.R. 301(E).—Consequent upon election by North Delhi Municipal Corporation, it is hereby

notified that Smt. Meera Aggarwal, Municipal Councillor, will be a member of Delhi Development Authority

under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) with

immediate effect. She will be a member of the Authority for a period up to 31st March, 2017 or until she

ceases to be a Councillor of North Delhi Municipal Corporation, whichever is earlier.
