MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th Januaary, 2017

S.O. 283(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the following officers

mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the

functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in

the Official Gazette, in the respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of

the said schedule relating to districts, tehsils, police stations and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) &

(7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening/four-laning, including bypasses etc.),

maintenance, management and operation of the National Highways No. 111 (New NH-130) (Bilaspur-

Ratanpur-Pali-Katghora Section) from Km. 0.000 to Km. 94.000 including Bilaspur, Ratanpur, Pali and

Katghora Bypasses in the State of Chhattisgarh.
