िनयम 6 के उप-िनयम (1) के साथ पᳯठत, खेल ᮧसारण िसगनल (ᮧसार भारती के साथ अिनवायᭅ िह᭭सेदारी) अिधिनयम, 2007 (2007

का 11) कᳱ धारा 2 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के खंड (खंडᲂ) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए और सरकार के सूचना और ᮧसारण मंᮢालय

कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या का.आ. 1489 (अ), ᳰदनांक 4 जुलाई, 2012 को अिधᮓा᭠त करते ᱟए रा᳦ीय मह᭜व के खेल आयोजन के ᱨप मᱶ

िन᳜िलिखत आयोजनᲂ को एतद᳇ारा अिधसूिचत करती है अथाᭅत्:-

(क) डेिवस कप – भारत ᮧधानता वाले सभी मैच;

(ख) ᮕांड ᭭लैम टू्नाᭅमᱶ᭗स– पुᱧष एकल, मिहला एकल के फाइनल और Ფॉटर-फाइनल से आगे के भारतीय िखलािड़यᲂ

कᳱ ᮧधानता वाले सभी मैच; और

(ग)

ᮕांड ᭭लैम टू्नाᭅमᱶ᭗स– Ფॉटर फाइनल से आगे के पुᱧष युगल, मिहला युगल या िमि᮰त युगल के सभी ऐसे मैच

िजनमᱶ भारतीय िखलािड़यᲂ कᳱ ᮧधानता है।

(क) िव᳡ कप – भारत ᮧधानता वाले सभी मैच और सेमी-फाइनल तथा फाइनल;

(ग) इंᳰदरा गांधी मिहला ᭭वणᭅ कप – सेमी-फाइनल तथा फाइनल।

फुटबॉल

(क) िव᳡ कप – आरंिभक मैच, सेमी-फाइनल तथा फाइनल;

(ख) एिशया कप - भारत ᮧधानता वाले सभी मैच और सेमी-फाइनल तथा फाइनल; और

(ग) संतोष ᮝॉफᳱ - सेमी-फाइनल तथा फाइनल।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2017.

S.O. 302(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Sports

Broadcasting Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Act, 2007 (11 of 2007) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of

the Sports Broadcast Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Rules, 2007, and in supersession of the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting number S.O.1489 (E) dated the

4^th July, 2012, the Central Government hereby notifies following events as sporting events of national importance,

namely:-

1. Summer Olympics

2. Commonwealth Games

3. Asian Games

4. Special Olympics

5. Paralympics

6. Events relating to the following sports,-

A. Tennis

a) Davis Cup-All matches featuring India;

b) Grand Slam Tournaments,- Finals of Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles and all matches featuring

Indian player from quarter-finals onwards; and

c) Grand Slam Tournaments, - All such matches featuring Indian Player in men’s doubles, Women’s

doubles or Mixed doubles from quarter-finals onwards.

B. Hockey

a) World Cup – All matches featuring India and semi-finals and finals;

b) Champions Trophy – All matches featuring India and finals; and

c) Indira Gandhi Gold Cup for Women-Semi-finals and finals.

C. Football

a) World Cup – Opening match, semi-finals and finals;

b) Asia Cup – All matches featuring India and semi-finals and finals; and

c) Santosh Trophy – Semi-finals and finals.
