का. आ. 346(अ).—िवमानन िनयमावली, 1937 के िनयम 78 के परंतुकᲂ के अनुसरण मᱶ और ᳰदनांक
8, जनवरी, 2016 को भारत के राजपᮢ, भाग-II खंड-3, उप खंड (ii) मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᳰदनांक 8 जनवरी, 2016 कᳱ
अिधसूचना का.आ. 91 (अ) का अिधᮓमण करते ᱟए के᭠ᮤीय सरकार एतारा िनदेश देती है ᳰक कोई भी
31 ᳰदसंबर 2017, के बाद सै᭠य हवाई अा या हवाई अा से/को अनुसूिचत िवमान पᳯरवहन सेवाएं ᮧचािलत नहᱭ
करेगा, जब तक ᳰक हवाईअा या सै᭠य हवाई अे नागर िवमानन महािनदेशक ᳇ारा ᮓमशः िनयम 78 के उप
िनयम (1) एवं उप िनयम (1क) ᳇ारा यथाअपेिᭃत लाइसᱶस ᮧा᳙ या ᮧमािणकृत न हो।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st February, 2017
S.O. 346(E).—In pursuance of provisos to rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937, and in supersession of
the notification No.S.O. 91(E) dated 08th January, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) dated 08thJanuary, 2016, the Central Government hereby directs that no person shall operate
scheduled air transport services to/from an aerodrome including Defence aerodromes with effect from
31st December, 2017 unless it has been either licensed(Aerodrome) or certified (Defence aerodrome) by the
Director General of Civil Aviation as required by the sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (1A) of rule 78 respectively.
