G.S.R. 115(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs

Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests in the officers specified in

column (1) of the Table below, the powers of the Customs Officer of the rank specified in column (2) of the

said Table, in the jurisdiction specified in Notification No. 77/2014-Customs (N.T.), dated the 16^th September,

2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 654(E),

dated the 16^th September, 2014, namely:—
