गया है अथवा ᳰकए जाने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, एतn~᳇ारा भारत सरकार, पयाᭅवरण, वन और जलवायु पᳯरवतᭅन

मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎ या सा.का.िन. 13 (अ), तारीख 07 जनवरी, 2016 को वापस लेती है।

New Delhi, the 9th February, 2017

G.S.R. 118(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act,

1960 (59 of 1960), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such withdrawal, the Central Government,

hereby withdraws the notification number G.S.R. 13(E), dated the 07^th January, 2016 of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
