का.आ. 1919(अ).—केन्ᮤीय सरकार रेल अिधिनयम 1989 (1989 का 24 ) (िजसे इसके प᳟ात उᲦ अिधिनयम

कहा गया है।) की धारा 20 क की उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने के प᳟ात िक

लोक ᮧयोजन के िलए यह भूिम, िजसका संिक्ष᳙ िववरण उसके नीचे अनुसूची मᱶ िदया गया है, राजस्थान राज्य के सीकर िजले

मᱶ िवशेष रेल पिरयोजना “जयपुर-रᱭगस-चुरू एवं सीकर-लोहारू” आमान पिरवतर्न पिरयोजना के िनष्पादन, अनुरक्षण,

ᮧबंधन एवं संचालन के िलए अपेिक्षत है, ऐसी भूिम का अजर्न करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है।

उᲦ भूिम मᱶ िहतब᳍ कोई ᳞िᲦ, इस अिधसूचना के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन की तारीख से 30 िदन की अविध के भीतर,

उᲦ अिधिनयम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन उपयुर्Ღ पिरयोजना के िलए ऐसी भूिम के अजर्न और उपयोग के

संबंध मᱶ आक्षेप कर सकेगा।

ᮧत्येक ऐसा आदेश सक्षम अिधकारी अथार्त सक्षम ᮧािधकारी एवं अितिरᲦ िजला कलेक्टर सीकर िजला सीकर

(राजस्थान) को िलिखत रूप मᱶ िकया जाएगा और उसमᱶ उसके आधार उपविणर्त करेगा और सक्षम अिधकारी अपेक्षाकतार् को

᳞िᲦगत से या िविध ᳞वसायी के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर ᮧदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आक्षेपᲂ की सुनवाई करने तथा

ऐसी और जाँच यिद कोई है, िजसे सक्षम अिधकारी आवश्यक समझे,करने के प᳟ात आदेश ᳇ारा या तो आक्षेपᲂ को अनुज्ञात

कर सकेगा या अननुज्ञात कर सकेगा।

उᲦ अिधिनयम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (2) के अधीन सक्षम अिधकारी ᳇ारा िकया गया कोई आदेश अंितम

होगा।

इस अिधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूिम का रेखांकन और भूिम के अन्य ब्योरे उपलब्ध है और िहतब᳍ ᳞िᲦ ᳇ारा

सक्षम अिधकारी के उपयुᲦ कायार्लय मᱶ उनका िनरीक्षण िकया जा सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, 12th June, 2017

S.O. 1919(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act. 1989,

(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied for the public purpose,

the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for execution, maintenance,

management and operation of Special Railway Project of “Jaipur-Ringus-Churu and Sikar-Loharu” gauge conversion

project in the district of Sikar in the state of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under

sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to competent authority, namely, the Additional District Collector,Sikar

District Sikar (Rajasthan) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall give the

objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objection

and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or

disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the

interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
