का.आ. 1925(अ).—केंद्रीय सिकाि ने, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त
अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िािा 3क की उपिािा (1) के अिीन जािी की र्ई भाित सिकाि के सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्रालय,
की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2401 (अ) दिनांक 16.09.2014 जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार्-2, खंड-3, उपखंड (ii), में
प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा आंध्र प्रिेि िाज्य के ईस्ट र्ोिाविी धजला में िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग 214 (नया िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग 216) के दक.मी.
0.000 से दक.मी. 75.000 तक के भूखण्ड के धनमागण (चौडा किने / चाि लेन बनाने, आदि), अनुिक्षण, प्रबन्िन औि प्रचालन के लोक
प्रयोजन के धलए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में धवर्नगदिष्ट भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी;
औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन 30 धसतंबि 2014 को “आंध्र ज्योती” एवं
“दि हहंिु” पधत्रका में प्रकाधित दकया र्या था;
औि आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी ने उन पि धवचाि कि धलया है औि आक्षेपों को अननुज्ञात कि दिया है;
औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण में, केंन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोटग िे िी है;
अतः अब, केंन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3 घ की उपिािा (1) द्वािा
प्रित्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् हुए यह घोषणा किती है दक उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन दकया जाना
चाधहए;
औि अब केंन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3 घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण में, यह घोषणा किती है दक इस
अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम, सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त हो कि आत्यधन्तक रूप से केंन्द्रीय सिकाि
में धनधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2017
S.O. 1925(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways number S.O.2401(E) dated 16.09.2014 published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its
intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building
(widening/four laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National High Way No.214 (New
216) in the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to Km.75.000 in the District of East Godavari of the State of
Andhra Pradesh.

And whereas the substance of the said notifications has been published in “Andhra Jyothi” & “The
Hindu” dated:30.09.2014 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said act;
And whereas objections have been received and he same have been considered and disallowed by the
competent authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority
has submitted his report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the
powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares
that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , the land specified in the said
schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to
Km.75.000 on the National Highway No.214 (New 216) in East Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
