सा.का.िन. 620(अ).—रा᳦पित, संिवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए, भारत के

राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) मᱶ सा.का.िन. संख्या 437(अ), तारीख 6 जून, 2012 ᳇ारा ᮧकािशत, नागर िवमानन

मंᮢालय, नागर िवमानन महािनदेशालय, उड़ान ᮧचालन िनरीक्षक (समूह ‘क’ पद) भतᱮ िनयम, 2012 को, उन बातᲂ के िसवाय िवखंिडत

करते हुये, िजन्हᱶ ऐसे िवखंडन से पहले िकया गया है या करने का लोप िकया गया है, िवखंिडत करते हᱹ।

New Delhi, the 14th June, 2017

G.S.R.620(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby rescinds the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Flight Operations

Inspectors (Group ‘A’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub-section (i) vide number GSR 437 (E), dated the 6^th June, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such rescission.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
