नई िदल्ली, 28 जून, 2017

का.आ. 2026(अ).—यत: िदल् ली के िलए मुख् य योजना मᱶ अधोउिल्लिखत क्षेᮢ के संबंध मᱶ केन् ᮤ सरकार का िजन कितपय

संशोधनᲂ का ᮧस्ताव था, उन्हᱶ िदल्ली िवकास अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 61) की धारा-44 के ᮧावधानᲂ के अनुसार िदल् ली िवकास

ᮧािधकरण ᳇ारा िदनांक 06.12.2016 की का.आ. सं. 3647 (अ) के तहत सावर्जिनक सूचना के रूप मᱶ भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण मᱶ

ᮧकािशत िकए गए िजसमᱶ उᲦ नोिटस की तारीख से तीस िदन के अंदर उᲦ अिधिनयम की धारा 11-क की उप-धारा (3) ᳇ारा यथा

अपेिक्षत आपिᱫयᱼ/सुझाव आमंिᮢत िकए गए थे ।

यत: ᮧस् तािवत संशोधनᲂ से संबंिधत ᮧाप् त आपिᱫयᲂ/सुझावᲂ पर िदल् ली िवकास ᮧािधकरण ᳇ारा िवचार िकया गया; और

3.

यत: केन्ᮤ सरकार ने इस मामले के सभी पहलुᲐ पर ध्यानपूवर्क िवचार करने के बाद, िदल्ली मुख् य योजना- 2021 मᱶ संशोधन

करने का िनणर्य िलया है ।

अत: अब, उᲦ अिधिनयम की धारा 11-क की उप-धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए, केन्ᮤ सरकार एत᳏ारा

भारत के राजपᮢ मᱶ इस अिधसूचना के ᮧकािशत होने की तारीख से उक् त िदल्ली मुख् य योजना- 2021 मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th June, 2017

S.O. 2026 (E).— Whereas, certain modification which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master

Plan for Delhi regarding the area mentioned hereunder was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public

Notice vide S.O. No. 3647(E) dated 06.12.2016 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions

of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/suggestions as required by sub-

section (3) of Section 11A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.

Whereas objections/suggestions received with regard to the proposed modifications have been considered by the

Delhi Development Authority; and

3.

Whereas, the Central Government have, after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the

Master Plan for Delhi-2021.

4.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan of Delhi-2021 with effect from the date of

Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.

MODIFICATION:

The land use of the following area of land falling in Zone-D is changed as per description listed below:
