का. आ. 2027 (अ).—कᱶᮤ सरकार, पटसन पैकेिजंग सामᮕी (वस् तु पै᳴कंग मᱶ अिनवायर् ᮧयोग) अिधिनयम,

1987 (1987 का 10) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदत् त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए एत᳏ारा भारत

सरकार, वस् ᮢ मंᮢालय के िदनांक 14 जनवरी, 2016 के का. आ. 126 (अ) के तहत भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण,

भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) मᱶ ᮧकािशत आदेश मᱶ िनम् निलिखत संशोधन करती है, नामत: :—

उक् त आदेश मᱶ, ᮧस् तावना मᱶ, पैरा 4 मᱶ, ‘30 जून, 2016 तक’ शब् दᲂ, अंकᲂ और अक्षरᲂ के स् थान पर ‘30

िसतंबर, 2017 तक’ शब् द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2017

S.O. 2027(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute

Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry

of Textiles, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) vide number

S.O. 126 (E), dated the 14^th January, 2016, namely:—

In the said Order, in the Preamble, in paragraph 4, for the words, figures and letters “upto 30^th June,

2016”, the words, figures and letters “upto 30^th September, 2017” shall be substituted.
