असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप खंड (ii) मᱶ का.आ. 371(अ), तारीख 8 फरवरी, 2017 मᱶ ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार

के उपभोᲦा मामले, खा᳒ और सावर्जिनक िवतरण मंᮢालय, खा᳒ और सावर्जिनक िवतरण िवभाग की अिधसूचना

मᱶ िनम् निलिखत संशोधन करती है :—

उक् त अिधसूचना मᱶ,—

(क)

पैरा-1, के उप-पैरा (2) मᱶ, शब् दᲂ, अंकᲂ एवं अक्षरᲂ ‘’30 जून, 2017 तक’’, के स् थान पर ‘’30

िसतम् बर, 2017 तक’’ शब् दᲂ, अंकᲂ और अक्षरᲂ को रखा जाएगा;

(ख)

पैरा-2, के उप-पैरा (1) मᱶ, शब् दᲂ, अंकᲂ एवं अक्षरᲂ ‘’30 जून, 2017 तक’’, के स् थान पर ‘’30

िसतम् बर, 2017 तक’’ शब् दᲂ, अंकᲂ और अक्षरᲂ को रखा जाएगा;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th June, 2017

S.O. 2040(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of

Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer

Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, published in the Gazette

of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8^th February,

2017, namely :—

In the said notification,—

(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 30^th June, 2017”, the

words, figures and letters “by 30^th September, 2017” shall be substituted;

(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 30^th June, 2017”, the

words, figures and letters “by 30^th September, 2017” shall be substituted.
