F. No. 01/93/180/07/AM-18/PC-2 (B).— In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of

the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby modifies para 2.07 (b)

(Handbook of Procedure) – IEC Number Exempted Categories as under:—

Following permanent IEC numbers shall be used by non – commercial PSUs and categories or importers /

exporters mentioned against them for import / export purposes:
