आ.अ. 43(अ).—रा᳦पतीय और उप-रा᳦पतीय िनवार्चन अिधिनयम, 1952 (1952 का 31) की धारा 3 की उप-

धारा ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए िदनांक 12 जून, 2017 की अिधसूचना संख्या 479/पᮢ/ईसीआई/

ᮧकायार्./रा.िन.-ि᳇./2017(iii) और िदनांक 14 जून, 2017 की अिधसूचना संख्या 479/2017(3) मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन

िकए जाएंगे, अथार्त् :—

िदनांक 12 जून, 2017 की अिधसूचना संख्या 479/पᮢ/ईसीआई/ᮧकायार्./रा.िन.-ि᳇./2017(iii) के साथ संलᲨ

सारणी मᱶ-

‘सहायक िरटिनᲈग अिधकारी के रूप मᱶ िनयुᲦ अिधकारी’ शीषर् के अंतगर्त

(i)

कॉलम संख्या 3 मᱶ ᮓम संख्या 1 पर, ᮓम संख्या 1 आंᮥ ᮧदेश के सामने ᮰ी के. सत्यनारायण रॉव के नाम के

प᳟ात् “राज्य िवधान मंडल के ᮧभारी सिचव” की िव᳒मान ᮧिवि᳥ को “राज्य िवधान मंडल के उप सिचव”

के रूप मे पढ़ा जाएगा, और

2.

‘पीठासीन अिधकारी’ शीषर् के अंतगर्त िदनांक 14 जून, 2017 की अिधसूचना संख्या 479/2017(3) के साथ संलᲨ

सारणी मᱶ—

(i)

दूसरी पंिᲦ मᱶ, कॉलम 1 मᱶ िव᳒मान ᮧिवि᳥ ᮰ी के. सत्यनारायण रॉव के नाम के बाद “राज्य िवधान मंडल

के ᮧभारी सिचव” को “राज्य िवधान मंडल के उप सिचव” के रूप मᱶ पढ़ा जाएगा।

O.N. 43(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of Section 3 of the Presidential and

Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 (31 of 1952), the following amendment shall be made in the

Notification Nos. 479/LET/ECI/FUNC/P.E.-BIEN/2017(iii) dated 12^th June, 2017 and 479/2017 (3) dated

14^th June, 2017, namely:—

In the Table appended to the Notification No. 479/LET/ECI/FUNC/P.E.-BIEN/ 2017(iii) dated

12^th June, 2017—

Under the heading ‘Officers appointed as Assistant Returning Officer’

(i)

Against Sl. No. 1-Andhra Pradesh, at Sl. No. 1 in column 3, after the name of Shri K.

Satyanarayana Rao, the existing entries “In-charge Secretary to State Legislature” shall be

read as “Deputy Secretary to State Legislature” and

2.

In the Table appended to the Notification No. 479/2017 (3) dated 14^th June, 2017—

Under the heading ‘Presiding Officer’

(i)

In second row, after the name of Shri K. Satyanarayana Rao, the existing entries in column 1,

“In-charge Secretary to State Legislature” shall be read as “Deputy Secretary to State

Legislature”.
