प्रित् ि कवत ियक का प्रय ग करिे हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार एिद्द्वारा प्रविभूवि संवििा (विवनयमन) वनयमािली, 1957 में आगे और

संक िन करने के वलए वनम् नवलवति वनयम ननािी ै, अथाि -

1. (1) इन वनयमक का नाम प्रविभूवि संवििा (विवनयमन) (िृिीय संक िन) वनयमािली, 2017 ै गा।

(2) ये राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाकन की विवथ क प्रिृत् ि ैकगे।

2. प्रविभूवि संवििा (विवनयमन) वनयमािली, 1957 में, वनयम 19क में, उप-वनयम (1) में, परंिुक में, ‘’िीन िर्ि’’कब्िक के

स्थान पर ‘’चार िर्ि’’ कब्ि प्रविस्थावपि दकए जाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3^rd July, 2017

G.S.R. 822(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation)

Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Securities

Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called as Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, in rule 19A, in sub-rule (1), in the proviso, for the words

“three years” the words “four years” shall be substituted.
