का.आ. 2099(अ).—केन्दर्ीय सरकार ने कोयला धारक क्षेतर् (अजर्न और िवकास) अिधिनयम, 1957

(1957 का 20) (िजसे इसके प᳟ात उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन जारी

भारत के राजपतर्, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड ( ii), तारीख 4 अक्तूबर, 2016 मᱶ पर्कािशत भारत सरकार के कोयला

मंतर्ालय की अिधसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 3143(अ), तारीख 3 अक्तूबर, 2016 ᳇ारा उस अिधसूचना से सलग्न

अनुसूची मᱶ िविनिद᳥ 03.68 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 09.09 एकड़ (लगभग) पिरक्षेतर् की भूिम मᱶ और उस पर के

सभी अिधकारᲂ का अजर्न करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी;

और सक्षम पर्ािधकारी ने उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण मᱶ केन्दर्ीय सरकार को अपनी िरपोटर् दे दी

है;

और केन्दर्ीय सरकार का, उपयुर्क्त िरपोटर् पर िवचार करने के प᳟ात और झारखंड सरकार से परामशर् करने

के प᳟ात यह समाधान हो गया है िक इससे संलग्न अनुसूची मᱶ विणत 03.68 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 09.09 एकड़

(लगभग), माप वाली भूिम मᱶ और उस पर के सभी अिधकारᲂ का अजर्न िकया जाना चािहए ;

अतः, अब, केन्दर्ीय सरकार उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा पर्दᱫ शिक्तयᲂ का पर्योग

करते हुए घोषणा करती है िक इससे संलग्न अनुसूची मᱶ विणत 03.68 हेक्टेयर (लगभग) या 09.09 एकड़ (लगभग),

माप वाली भूिम मᱶ और उस पर के सभी अिधकार अिजत िकए जाते हᱹ।

जो भारत के राजपतर् मᱶ, तारीख 28 अगस्त, 1976 को पर्कािशत, के अधीन अिधगर्िहत

भूिम की सीमा रेखा पर शुरू होकर प्लॉट संख्या 221 के अधीन िबन्दु ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ से

गुजरती है और प्लॉट सं. 221 के अंतगर्त िबन्दु ‘ट’ पर िमलती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd July, 2017

S.O. 2099(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number

S.O. 3143(E), dated the 3^rd October, 2016 issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas

(Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and published in the

Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 4^th October, 2016, the Central Government gave notice of its

intention to acquire the all rights in and over the land measuring 03.68 hectares (approximately) or 09.09 acres

(approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended to that notification;

And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the

Central Government;

And whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the

Government of Jharkhand is satisfied that the all rights in and over land measuring 03.68 hectares (approximately) or

09.09 acres (approximately), described in the Schedule appended hereto should be acquired;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central

Government hereby declares that all rights in and over land 03.68 hectares (approximately) or 09.09 acres

(approximately), described in the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby acquired.

The plan bearing number REV/07/2017, dated the 26^th May, 2017 of the area covered by this notification may

be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District - Bokaro, Jharkhand or at the Office of Coal Controller,

1, Council House Street, Kolkata -700001 or in the Office of the General Manager B and K Area, District Bokaro,

Jharkhand or General Manager, Land and Revenue, Central Coalfields Limited, Darbhanga House, Ranchi- 834001,

Jharkhand or Chief General Manager, (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited,

Gondwana Palace, Kanke Road, Ranchi - 834031, Jharkhand.
