का.आ. 2109(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार मेट्रो रेल (संकायों का वनमााण) अविवनयम, 1978 (1978 का 33) (वजसे इसमें

इसके पश् चात् उ ्‍ त् अविवनयम कहा यया ह) क िारा 1 क ्प-िारा (3) द्वारा प्रित् त् शवतियों का प्रयोय करत् े हुए,

आन्‍ध र प्रिेश सरकार से परामशा करने के पश् चात् , यह घोषणा करत् ी ह) दक ्‍ त् अविवनयम के ्पंंि इस अविसूचना के

राजपत्र में प्रकाशन क त् ारीख से नीचे िी यई सारणी में यथाविवनर्िाष् ट महानयर ्ेत्र पर लायू होंये, अथाात् उ:—

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th July, 2017

S.O. 2109(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Metro

Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the

Central Government after consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declare that the

provisions of the said Act shall apply to the Metropolitan area as specified in the Table below with effect from

the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:—

NOTIFICATION

Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the

Central Government after consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby extends the provisions

of the said Act to the Metropolitan area as specified in the Table below with effect from the date of the

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette of India, namely:—
