सीमा शु᭨ क, तारीख 17 माचᭅ, 2012 मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् : —
उ त अिधसूचना कᳱ सारणी मᱶ, —
(i) ᮓम सं या 146ग (i) के सामने, ᭭ तंभ (3) मᱶ कᳱ ᮧिवि᭬ ट मᱶ “27 फरवरी, 2009”, अंक और श᭣ द के ᭭ थान
पर “19 जुलाई, 2012” अंक और श᭣ द रखे जाएंगे ;
(ii) ᮓम सं या 146ग (ii) के सामने, ᭭ तंभ (3) मᱶ कᳱ ᮧिवि᭬ ट मᱶ “27 फरवरी, 2009”, अंक और श᭣ द के ᭭ थान

New Delhi, the 5th July, 2017

G.S.R. 836(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to
do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 185(E), dated the
17th March, 2012, namely:—
In the said notification, in the table,—
(i)
Against serial number 146C (i), in column (3) in the entry, for the figures, letters and word
“27th February, 2009”, the words, figures and letters “the 19th July, 2012” shall be
substituted;
(ii)
Against serial number 146C (ii), in column (3), in the entry, for the figures, letters and word
“27th February, 2009”, the words, figures and letters “the 19th July, 2012”, shall be substituted
