कᳱ पाइपलाईनᲂ के िलये सᭃम ᮧािधकारी के कायᲃ का िनवᭅहन करने के िलये ᮰ी बेनी जोसेफ, उप समाहताᭅ, केरल सरकार, ᮧािधकृत

करती है ।

S.O. 2118(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition

of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), Central Government hereby authorizes Sh. Benny Joseph, Deputy

Collector, Government of Kerala to perform the functions of Competent Authority for pipelines of GAIL (India)

Limited, under the said Act, within the State of Kerala.
