फा. सं. 5/7/2014-ई पी (ईपी एग्री-V)/बागान घ.—मसाला बोर्ड, मसाला बोर्ड णनयम, 1987 के णनयम

11 और णनयम 13 के साथ पठित मसाला बोर्ड अणिणनयम, 1986 (1986 का 10) की िारा 5 के अिीन प्रदत्त

शणियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अणिसूचना संखयांक फा. सं. 5/7/2014 ईपी (एग्री-V)/बागान-घ, तारीख 5 जून,

2015 द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असािारि, भाग-III, खण्र् - 4 में प्रकाणशत मसाला बोर्ड के आदेश में संशोिन करने

के णलए णनम्नणलणखत आदेश करता है, अथाडत :—

उि आदेश में, उपबंि में, मसाला णवकास अणभकरि शीर्डक के नीचे सारिी में; क्रम सं.10 और उससे

संबंणित प्रणवणियों के पश्चात णनम्नणलणखत को अंत:स्थाणपत दकया जाएगा, अथाडत :—

“11,

वारंगल

वारंगल मसाला

णवकास अणभकरि

णमचड, हल्दी

और इमली

मसाला बोर्ड द्वारा यथा अणिसूणचत

तेलंगाना और आसपास के क्षेत्र में अ्य

मसाला उत्पादक णजले।”

New Delhi, the 14th June, 2017

F. No. 5/7/2014-EP (EPAgri-V)/Plant-D.—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 of

the Spices Board Act, 1986 (10 of 1986), read with Rules 11 and 13 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the

Spices Board hereby makes the following Order to amend the Order of the Spices Board, published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide notification number F. No. 5/7/2014-EP (Agri.V)/

Plant-D, dated the 5th June, 2015, namely:—

In the said Order, in the Annexure, in the table below the heading Spice Development Agencies, after

serial No.10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely:—

“11.

Warangal

Warangal Spice

Development

Agency

Chilli, Turmeric

and Tamarind

Telangana

and

other spice growing

districts

in

the

surrounding region

as notified by the

Spices Board.”
